To celebrate three years since Capoeira Angola Nzinga Osaka began its activities, the 31st anniversary of Grupo Nzinga, and International Women’s Day, we warmly invite you to a Capoeira Angola roda and conversation gathering.

The Capoeira Angola roda is, for us, a deeply meaningful and precious time.
As we move our bodies while surrendering to the sounds of the bateria,centered around the berimbau,we experience the joy of mind and body becoming one.
Through jogo,we respect one another, exchange imagination,and enjoy creating each fleeting moment together.
Through the coro, we feel a powerful sense of unity.
